About Me

I have worked in the fitness industry for 21yrs teaching fitness classes to working in the gym. I'm a Personal Trainer have been for 10yrs.

In 2010 I became a National recognised Cycle Instructor NSIQ  delivering Bikeability Scheme. I became a Ride Leader through British Cycling delivering Breeze Leeds Rides for women. Since I ride Off Road I went and done my Trail Ride Leader and in the middle of doing my L2 Mountain Bike course. I'm a Route Planner too  all of my cycling Qualifications have been through British Cycling.

I hold a Up-to-Date CRB and First Aid Qualification.  

I have help many people achieve their goals from weight lose to riding a bike.

Myself I have riden a bike since I was a child, saying that I'm not into the race,competitive side of cycling but don't mind watching and surpporting those who do.

I like to enjoy where I am and appreciate the freedom of  what cycling can bring, along with the friendships that cycling has brought my way. I have meet some really nice people through cycling, been to some nice places too.

 

MY GOAL :  I would like to see more women out riding whether it's road or Off rd riding, loving the freedom,fun,friendships as much as I do :)

This is one of the reasons I have set up this women only cycling group to help women get out on their bikes, with a relaxed feel without being  associated with racing.
